LegalScout is a platform where participating law firms run AI associates for confidential client intake, then work the resulting briefs, matters, products, and orders in the attorney app. Associates do not replace licensed lawyers.

AI associates

Prospect associates handle public intake on a subdomain, website widget, or booking link. Active-client associates sit on the logged-in portal. Productized associates are internal matter assistants for a priced service.

Briefs, matters, and products

Briefs are scored consultation records. Matters are the file (next action, tasks, documents, time, portal). Products are priced offerings assigned to prospect assistants. Orders are sold products waiting on the attorney. The practice assistant is the attorney-side assistant on the dashboard.

Use the LegalScout directory, a firm subdomain, a website widget, or a booking link — not the attorney dashboard. The associate interviews; a human attorney reviews afterward.
